Nada Djordjevich is the Executive Director of Gibson and Associates, a Bay Area consulting firm dedicated to improving schools and communities.
Recent work has included STEM grant projects involving multiple school districts, institutes of higher education and informal science education organizations, including the Exploratorium and The California Academy of Sciences.
- November 2015: A 3-Year $1 Million STEM grant awarded to Shoreline Unified School District for 7th-12th grade education programs throughout the North Bay Region.
- November 2015: A 3-Year $2 Million STEM grant was awarded to Marin County Office of Education for grade K-6th education programs.
- January 2014: A 3 Year $1.5 Million STEM grant was awarded to San Rafael City Elementary School District to improve integrated STEM teaching in grades 3-8th grade.
- February 2014: A 3 Year $10 Million Math grant was awarded to Elk Grove Unified School District to support improved math education programs.
Other recent projects include the development of evaluation systems and recommendations for streamlining grant process system to increase accountability and impact for programs serving children and youth funded by the City of Berkeley.
